REFUND POLICY

You may cancel within 14 days of the scheduled tournament for a refund by emailing mavericksbeachvolleyball@gmail.com. You will be charged a $10 processing fee for any refunds. After the 14-day mark, at 8am, there are NO REFUNDS, no exceptions. We will not issue refunds after the 14-day period regardless of injury, illness, loss of partner, weather, etc.

MISSING PARTNER INFO - Anyone registered without a partner must add their partner or send their partner's first/last name, AVP number and birthdate to our Mavericks email to be added to the registration before the 14-day mark at 8am.

NO PARTNER - Any single players will be dropped from the event with NO REFUND if they have not found a partner by the 14-day mark.

WEATHER - We will play rain or shine (only exception is thunder/lightning or a huge storm).

TRANSFERS - You can request to transfer to a future date before the 14-day mark at 8am. There are no transfers after this point.

You can try to sell any additional team spot to another team. Please make sure you can attend the tournament before signing up and making payment.
